Il 14 e il 15 aprile del 1975 il tour di "The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway" (l'ultimo di Peter Gabriel con i Genesis) sostò per due sere all'Empire Pool di Londra, e questo CD non ufficiale su etichetta Audio Vaults contiene la registrazione non integrale della seconda performance: il programma, basato come sempre sulla esecuzione integrale del concept album, inizia in questo caso dal quarto brani del disco ed esclude in seguito altri cinque pezzi del doppio album chiudendosi con uno dei due bis dello spettacolo ("Watcher Of The Skies", da "Foxtrot"). In un intermezzo di un minuto e mezzo, Gabriel spiega sinteticamente la storia del protagonista del racconto Rael; oltre al frontman, cantante e flautista la formazione include naturalmente Tony Banks (organo Hammond, piano elettrico/clavicembalo, Mellotron, sintetizzatori e cori), Steve Hackett (chitarre elettriche e acustiche), Mike Rutherford (basso, pedali per basso, chitarra 12 corde e cori) e Phil Collins (batteria, percussioni, vibrafono e voce).
On April 14 and 15, 1975, the "The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway" tour (Peter Gabriel's last with Genesis) stopped for two nights at London's Empire Pool, and this unofficial CD on the Audio Vaults label contains a non-complete recording of the second performance. The program, as always based on the full performance of the concept album, begins in this instance with the fourth track of the record and subsequently excludes five other pieces from the double album, closing with one of the show's two encores ("Watcher Of The Skies," from "Foxtrot"). In a minute-and-a-half interlude, Gabriel briefly explains the story of the tale's protagonist, Rael; in addition to the frontman, singer, and flautist, the lineup naturally includes Tony Banks (Hammond organ, electric piano/harpsichord, Mellotron, synthesizers, and backing vocals), Steve Hackett (electric and acoustic guitars), Mike Rutherford (bass, bass pedals, 12-string guitar, and backing vocals), and Phil Collins (drums, percussion, vibraphone, and vocals).
